Bang Bang Cucumber bangs as a side but can it be banged into a sauce? Pop the bottle and find out, heaps of fermented green chillies, tonnes of fermented cucumber plus masses of other tasty ingredients: sesame, tamari and miso makes it go BANG...with tang. We kept this batch mild to begin with, maybe a little habanero mash would make it bangier?
